Housing Finance Manager for Non-Profit. Company currently manages six properties consisting of 262 Low Income Housing Tax Credit units. Duties would include A/R, A/P, preparing General Journal entries, reporting to various entities, Budgeting, Bank Reconciliations, monthly and annual closing and audit preparation. etc. Requires knowledge of Excel to prepare spreadsheets for tracking various items, including Depreciation and Amortization.
