Clinton County Community Action has a career opportunity available for a Service Coordinator. Clinton County Community Action is a Private Non Profit organization that provides services to Clinton County residents. One of the services provided is housing.
We are seeking an individual preferably experienced in housing management to include customer service, lease compliance and fair housing. The successful candidate should have good customer service skills, technical skills and the ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Also able to multi-task; make decisions and be adaptable to situations.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
*Assist Housing Manager in day to day activities
*Ensure lease compliance
*Complete apartment inspections
*Assist in any areas in the agency where needed
*Work with applicants and residents
Qualifications:
*GED or High School Diploma
*Valid Driver’s License and be Insurable
*Reliable Transportation
*Clear Criminal Background Check
Preferred Qualifications:
*Property Management Experience
*Industry Related Certifications
