INVITATION TO BID
Clinton County Community Action Program, Inc. (CCCAP) invites interested independent public accountants (IPAs) to submit their bids for the audit of the financial statements of CCCAP for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2020.
For the year ending June 30, 2020, CCCAP is projecting revenues of $6.1 million and expenses of $5.5 million. CCCAP’s accounts are maintained using GMS software.
The required audit must be performed in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted, Governmental Auditing Standards (GAS) and OMB Circular A-133 and must be completed no later than October 31, 2020.
Bids should include:
1. Firm qualifications, including size of firm, the size of the firm’s governmental audit staff, the location of the office from which the work is to be performed, the number and nature of professional staff to be employed in this engagement on a full time basis and on a a part time basis, and the firm’s experience on similar engagements.
2. A sealed dollar bid, containing all pricing information relative to performing the audit as described in this invitation. The total all-inclusive fixed fee to be bid is to contain all direct and indirect costs including reimbursement expenses. The second page of the sealed dollar bid should include a schedule of professional fees and expenses that supports the total all-inclusive fixed fee. Reimbursement expenses (i.e.; travel, lodging and subsistence) will be reimbursed at the rates used by CCCAP for its employees. All expense reimbursements will be charged against the total all-inclusive fixed fee submitted by the IPA.
3. Names of the principal management and supervisory staff, including engagement partners, manager, seniors and specialists who would be assigned to the engagement and background for each of them, including their resumes, certifications, and experience working on similar engagements.
