2017 Summer Crisis Program

The Home Energy Assistance Program’s 2017 Summer Crisis Program runs July 1, 2017 through August 31, 2017. To receive assistance, the household must be at or below 175% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines as follows: Household size & 12 month income, 1-$21,105, 2-$28,420, 3-$35,735, 4-$42,525, 5-$50,365, 6-$57,680. The applicant must also have a documented medical condition verified by a licensed physician/Nurse Practitioner or at least one household member 60 years of age or older. Applicants will need to bring: Proof of household income for the past 3 months or 12 months, social security cards or birth certificates for everyone in household, heating and electric bills and photo id.
