Free home energy upgrades — insulation, furnace checks, and more.
Food Pantry
A free three-day supply of food, once a month, for Clinton County residents.
Head Start
Free preschool for children ages 3 to 5, with health and family support.
Senior Services
Meals at the Aging Up center or delivered to your home, plus rides and activities for adults 60 and older.
Emergency Medical Program
Gas cards to help you get to out-of-county medical appointments.
Affordable Housing
Apartments for income-eligible families and seniors across Clinton County.
