We've been helping people in Clinton County since 1965.
Our mission
To help the people of Clinton County move toward stability and a better life, and to strengthen the communities we serve.
Clinton County Community Action Program, Inc. is a local, private, non-profit corporation. We are funded largely by grants obtained from Federal and State sources. Community Action has helped hard-working Americans improve their lives. We do this with a variety of programs and services designed to produce jobs and help people in need.
We help with rent, utilities, food, heating and cooling bills, childcare, meals at the Aging Up Center and meals delivered to your home, and getting to medical appointments. Most people we work with need help with more than one thing — and we can help with several at once.
